TELA Festival returns with second edition on July 4-6

The TELA Festival is a new musical event that took place for the first time in 2024. It showcased a variety of stages and an exceptional lineup while unveiling a series of five events, each dedicated to one of the fundamental elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and the Universe. One of the standout features of the 2024 festival was the theme of "Earth," which served as the foundation for the entire event. This innovative approach shapes the artistic direction and ambiance year after year, inviting the audience to experience music in a more meaningful way. The festival’s mission is to foster harmony and respect among people and with the world around them, using the universal language of music, art, and creativity as a bridge.
This year, from July 4 to 6, the TELA Festival returns with its second series, dedicated to the element of Fire, recognized as one of the most powerful and transformative energies in the Universe.
The lineup this year features some of the most exciting electronic music artists from around the world, alongside standout local talents. With the capacity of the venue allowing for growth, the festival aims to host between 3,000 to 4,000 attendees this year. Additionally an on-site camp city, providing approximately 1,000 beds to enhance the festival experience. This setup will let visitors fully enjoy the lively feeling of TELA.
Three Days, Three Stages, One Experience
The TELA Festival is set to be a remarkable event, showcasing a carefully curated lineup that reflects a deep understanding and appreciation of the music scene. Scheduled for July 4-6, the festival will feature three distinct stages, each offering a unique experience.
Hangar, dedicated to techno; Forest, showcasing house and tech-house; and a niche soundsystem takeover presenting drum and bass, UK garage, and live performances. This curated setup offers a diverse journey through the best of electronic music.
July 4: A Night with Ben Klock
On July 4, the festival opens with an incredible highlight: the legendary Ben Klock. A pioneer of the Berlin techno scene and a resident at the iconic Berghain and Panorama Bar, Ben’s presence promises a night of deep, immersive beats that only he can deliver. Ben Klock is not just a DJ, he is a visionary artist whose contributions to techno music have left an indelible mark on the scene. He stands as a monumental figure in the techno world, renowned for his deep, hypnotic sets and his role as a resident DJ at Berlin's iconic Berghain since 2005.
Born in 1972 in East Berlin, Ben Klock was deeply influenced by the underground music culture of his youth. He began his career as a club DJ, honing his skills in the local circuit before gaining wider recognition for his unique sound and style. When Berghain opened its doors in 2004, Klock quickly became synonymous with the club's distinctive sound, captivating audiences with marathon sets that often lasted 10 to 15 hours.
KHIDI Showcase x TELA
July 5, get ready to be swept away by the legendary KHIDI Showcase. TELA is bringing the KHIDI Showcase back to Georgia in 2025 with a live streaming event that will highlight local artists to a global audience. This initiative creates an exceptional platform for showcasing regional talent and aims to raise its visibility on an international stage. Alongside this, one of the stages will feature the talent nurtured by 303 Hz, a modern music school of Georgia born from the contemporary art scene of 2015. This stage is a true meeting point between experience and fresh energy, as mentors and graduates come together in back-to-back performances. Expect dynamic collaborations from pairs like SALLY KIPA B2B SO DETROIT, TEEN A TEEN B2B MAGRRA, ZEI B2B BIG BOY, ROY FITZ B2B MIKAWA, GLITZ N GROOVE B2B BRT, WORMHOLE B2B FAKE MOSES, and SADUN B2B HOKAGE, as well as individual artists such as EREKLE GETSADZE, RYDEEN, COBERT LIVE, FLORA LIVE, SUMO, IOKASTE & KASE, KOTE JAPARIDZE, and TATO RUSIA, who will also bring their unique sound to the mix.
